For wholesalers, please write a note in the enquiry box; include
your preferred gem stone, shape, size, color, quantity and details of your business
Find what you are looking for
You can browse the 'rubies, sapphires, jadeite, other gems or custom jewelry'
categories which are located at the top and bottom of every page. If there is
a particular item you are looking for, type in the name or keyword in the search
box located at the left hand side of every shopping page and click the search
button. For more detailed inquires, such as sizes, shapes or prices please use
the advanced search to locate exactly what you are looking for.
Read and learn about your items
After finding the items you are interested in, if you click on the items brief
description, you will find more detailed information about the stone, it's color and it’s shape.
If you can not find what you are looking for on our website, please write a
note in the firstname.lastname@example.org box at the bottom of this page; do not forget
to include your email address.
Select your items and place them into the shopping cart
Once you have decided which item you would like to purchase, click the 'ADD
TO CART' button, which will automatically take you to your shopping cart list.
You can delete your shopping cart or add multiple items to your shopping cart
by clicking on the 'Qty.' button. This saves time if you want to purchase more
than one item.
When items are placed into the shopping cart, you can:
Buy your items by completing the on line order checkout process. If you are
a new customer, you will need to sign in by giving us your email address and
selecting a password to open your on line account. The very secure on line order
checkout is easy to follow and you will be asked:
To enter a shipping address
Tell us where you would like us to ship your order. If you are shipping to an
APO or FPO address, we will have to send your package via the post rather than
via EMS. If your billing address is different from the shipping address,
do not forget to select the appropriate option.

OTHER COUNTRIES MUST SELECT EMS.
Use Paysbuy to pay for the order
After you have checked out your items simply follow the 'CONTINUE' prompts until
you reach the Paysbuy website, you will be taken to a transaction page. Here
you will be able to review the details of your order, including the total purchase
amount. You may pay for your purchase securely and instantly using funds from
your Paysbuy account or you can send payment to Paysbuy via credit card (VISA), debit card, eCheck or bank transfer. Once
payment is approved, Paysbuy will immediately notify us by email.
If purchasing jewelry that is not in stock allow just four weeks more for production.
Your goods will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours. The mail service is not open on weekends or public holidays.

REGISTERED AIR MAIL REACHES MOST DESTINATION IN TWO-FIVE WEEKS AND IS NOT TRACEABLE ONLINE.
The shipping charges are per shipment (e.g. per order). If you have decided that, you do not want the merchandise
after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, DO NOT REFUSE THE POSTAL DELIVERY.
If the merchandise is refused, you will be liable for brokerage charges and
duty incurred upon its return. Your signature is required.
If there is physical evidence of tampering, please immediately indicate the
damage to the carrier. If the package is empty or damaged, DO NOT EXCEPT THE
PARCEL. All loss or damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of
discovery of the loss or damage.
