Do I have to pay customs
charge?
• In most cases there is no customs clearance required, however
if additional charges for customs clearance takes place it must be paid
by you, we have no control over these charges and can't predict what
they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you
may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Is my credit card safe?
• Absolutely! In fact, it is safer to use your credit card over
the internet than in a restaurant or department store.
Why is my credit card number not being accepted?
• You may have entered an extra digit in the credit card number.
Please check to make sure you entered the card number correctly and
try again. If this still does not work you may need to contact your
bank.
Why do I have to include
my phone number?
• The phone numbers allow us to contact you if there is ever a
question about your order. The shipping companies require that Day Gems
obtain the phone number of the intended recipient of the package so
that they can contact them if there is any problem with the delivery.

no Sunday delivery. Signature upon delivery is required. Shipping can
be tracked online at every step. IF SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES or FPO/APO,
AIR MAIL WILL HAVE TO BE USED. Not recommended for U.K., France, or
Russia where your shipment may be subjected to taxes and extra customs

Registered Air Mail can not be tracked online and reachs most destinations in 2-5 weeks. If you are concerned about VAT or
customs formalities at your destination, this is a good option. Air
Mail is rarely inspected and parcels are most likely to be delivered
without any additional imposition of fees by your government. Signature

How to return an item
or order?
• In the rare case, you want to return a gem, please send us an
email asking for shipping instructions and reason for return. All returned
merchandise must only be sent by registered mail (no FedEx, UPS, DHL,
etc...) and returned it in its original, undamaged condition for a refund
or a credit, package must be postmarked within 7 days of the day you
received the stone. The shipping & insurance fees are not refundable.
